We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the attention to detail was excellent. The hotel is located in a great area within walking distance of many attractions, including Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall. The cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were great. The hotel even offered parking and was conveniently located near the next subway station. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient, with easy access to the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. This was a major plus for us as we were attending a Christmas concert at the Royal Albert Hall and wanted to be close by. we opted for an upgrade and were given a fine suite, beautifully decorated. The room itself was quite comfortable and made us feel like we were in a palace. these positive aspects were overshadowed by the disappointing breakfast and cleanliness issues.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and loved it! The location is great - in a quiet neighborhood but still in a fashionable central area. The room was amazing - very clean and had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff was attentive and accommodating. I especially appreciated the welcome drink and the 24-hour room service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.

The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and just a short stroll to the nearest subway station. Hyde Park was also conveniently nearby, and we even had a view of the Albert monument from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. The room was clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast service was a bit lacking, with delays in receiving toast and butter.

Great historic decor in our suite, with amazing attention to detail. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a quaint Victorian olde world atmosphere. The location, especially for the Royal Albert Hall, was fantastic. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The billing was accurate and the hotel was in a safe location.
